Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Recruit Select. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients at all levels
- Managing payroll data and inputting information onto the payroll system
- Performing reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Assisting with HR administration, including ordering stock and uniforms
- Booking hotels and arranging travel arrangements
- Answering customer queries and providing support
- Working as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of using payroll software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Reliable transportation
