Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis at our office in Erith. Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance: Ensure all workers are compliant according to company policy, including booking examinations and processing timesheets.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative position, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders and providing support to different teams within the organisation.
