Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Incoming Calls: You will be responsible for handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately to ensure seamless communication.
  • Managing Files and Documents: You will be responsible for managing and organizing files, documents, and records with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: You will be responsible for assisting with data entry, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining databases.
  • Meeting Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, booking meeting rooms, and taking notes.
  • General Office Duties: You will be responsible for assisting with general office duties, including but not limited to, answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Compliance and Administration: You will be responsible for booking examinations for internal staff and ensuring all workers are compliant according to company policy.
  • Timesheet Processing: You will be responsible for processing high volume timesheets for workers.

Requirements:

  • Previous Administrative Experience: You should have previous experience in a similar administrative position, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and provide support to different teams within the organization.
