Property Clearance Specialist

Premier Work Support is currently seeking a skilled Property Clearance Specialist to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role involves working in the Erith area, undertaking general cleaning duties, house clearance, garden waste removal, and clearing of fly-tipping and communal areas.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driving license and no more than 6 points for insurance purposes. Previous experience is desirable, but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.

This is a temporary position, however, there may be opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking general cleaning duties and house clearance
  • Removing garden waste and clearing fly-tipping and communal areas
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
