About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Supervisor to join our team at Kinovo Group plc. As an Operational Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multi-trade activities, ensuring that all work is conducted safely and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee multi-trade activities, ensuring that all work is conducted safely and to a high standard.
  • Effectively plan and allocate resources to ensure workload is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor progress, adjust schedules as needed, and optimise productivity.
  • Ensure all work is conducted safely, adhering to Health & Safety protocols, conduct and review risk assessments and lead toolbox talks to ensure safety awareness among the workforce.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure that work meets high standards.
  • Maintain good communication and build relationships with clients and customers.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of multi-trade activities.
  • Good grasp of health and safety standards.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS preferable.
  • Experience of overseeing a team of operatives within planned maintenance and reactive emergency works.
