Cover Supervisor

Leigh Academy Bexley is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school during periods of teacher absence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide instruction and guidance to students, ensuring they complete assigned tasks and activities.
- Answer students' general questions and provide support as needed.
- Report back to teachers on student progress and any issues that may arise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience and empathy when working with students.
- Confidence in leading a full class.
