Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive advice and support to employees on HR matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Support all aspects of recruitment and onboarding.
- Administer attendance, sickness absence, and holiday allowance.
- Prepare paperwork for starters, leavers, and family leave.
