Position Overview

The Best Connection - Oxford is actively seeking Manufacturing Associates to join our esteemed client.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. Our client is in search of candidates with a strong work ethic, offering ongoing roles that may transition into permanent employment after a successful evaluation period.

Compensation for Manufacturing Associates:

  • 3 on 3 off schedule at £11.44 per hour
  • Rotating shifts including days and nights
  • Overtime opportunities available at time and a half

Working Hours for Manufacturing Associates:

  • / hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities of Manufacturing Associates:

  • Conducting quality inspections to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Assisting in machine operations while strictly following safety protocols.
  • Facilitating the transportation of materials to and from designated areas within the facility.
