  • Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to manufacturing leaders, focusing on talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to build a high-performing team, embedding change programs and driving a performance culture.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance associate engagement, employee relations, and union relations.
  • Work closely with local managers to provide coaching and support on complex cases, including performance management, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Contribute to central projects at JDE global level, leveraging lean knowledge and best practices.
  • Provide guidance on talent management and succession planning for key roles, ensuring talent development and career progression.

About the Role:

This is a standalone HR generalist role, focusing on partnering with allocated members of the leadership team to support the development of management and leadership capability. You'll work closely with the manufacturing leadership team and their reports to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on manufacturing and operations.
  • Expertise in talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and local managers.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
