About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and organized Receptionist/Host to join our Welcome team at Bentley Edinburgh.

As a Sytner Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that immerses them in the world of Bentley.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers and directing them to the correct department efficiently
  • Managing incoming calls and connecting diallers to the right department promptly
  • Providing refreshments and ensuring a seamless customer experience

About You

We are looking for someone who is a proactive communicator, innovative in their approach to creating experiences, and able to use their own initiative to delight customers.

You will also need to be an excellent organizer, with strong preparation skills and a genuine passion for detail.
