About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ferrari Ambassador. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients and guests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming phone calls to our clients and guests, efficiently transferring calls and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Proactively manage the experience of our showroom visitors, ensuring each customer and guest feels valued and receives personalized service.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
