About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Ambassador to join our fantastic Welcome team at Bentley Edinburgh.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every visitor has a unique and personalized experience.

About You

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience through our doors. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proactive communicator, able to efficiently manage incoming calls and direct visitors to the correct department.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing customer interactions and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborating with our management and dealership teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilizing your initiative to create innovative and personalized experiences for our customers
  • Collating customer knowledge and anticipating their needs to provide exceptional service
