Key Responsibilities- Manage referral pathways and bookings for the respiratory team
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including data input and spreadsheet maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, carers, and external agencies
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations
- Assist senior administrators and other team members as needed
- Take minutes and type formal minutes from given audio or copy
- Produce resources and letters as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Administration experience in a busy, customer-focused environment
- Handling telephone enquiries and task-associated problem-solving skills
- Experience of developing relationships with external agencies and organizations
