Digital Marketing Manager Job Description
CV Screen Ltd is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Redditch. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing efforts for one of our B2C brands, managing online sales, and researching customer needs to support product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid social and PPC campaigns to drive online sales
- Oversee the management of e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Design and implement content marketing strategies via blogs, emails, and SEO to engage customers and increase brand awareness
- Manage and maintain social media channels to build brand presence and community
- Develop and track marketing campaigns to measure their effectiveness and impact on sales
- Collaborate with the team to update and refine the brand strategy to meet business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing campaigns and strategies
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent writing and communication skills to create engaging content and presentations
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP software and digital marketing tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Desirable: interest in scientific literature to inform marketing strategies
