As an Employee Wellbeing Specialist, you will play a crucial role within the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Division, collaborating closely with the broader People Division to implement initiatives that foster a positive workplace atmosphere.

Our organization is committed to addressing the fundamental causes of workplace mental health challenges and improving support frameworks. Your responsibilities will include spearheading strategic programs aimed at achieving these objectives and instilling a culture of wellness throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of mental and physical health, as well as principles of diversity and inclusion to cultivate a nurturing workplace environment. Experience in engaging with diverse stakeholders and influencing individuals at all organizational levels will be essential for success in this position.
