Job Title: Employee Benefits Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team at Mercer (UK) Limited. As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to clients on all aspects of employee benefits, including group risk, healthcare, and wellbeing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships with them.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice on employee benefits solutions based on clients' specific needs.
  • Oversee the renewal and review process for existing benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with insurance partners to negotiate favourable terms and conditions for clients.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your own portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Previous client service and sales experience within a professional office setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team player.
