Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health and Benefits Consultant to join our team at Mercer (UK) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.
  • Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate.
  • Manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business.
  • Work proactively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans.

Requirements:

  • Financial and commercial acumen, including fee negotiation skills.
  • Related business experience.
  • Achievement-oriented.
  • Consulting and relationship management skills.
  • Technical, product, and process knowledge.
  • In-depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge is essential.
  • Inter-personal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
