Job Title: Catering Supervisor

Warwickshire Wildlife Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Brandon Marsh Nature Centre. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing our café operations, and ensuring that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead from the front to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our café and visitor centre
  • Support the Catering Manager in driving commercial objectives, including sales and profit targets
  • Manage all legal compliance, including food safety, HR, and H&S procedures and policies
  • Provide strong leadership and training to the catering team
  • Work with the Visitor Experience Assistants to oversee retail stock and merchandising
Requirements:
  • Practical experience of food preparation and service in a busy catering environment
  • Experience supervising a team and managing staff rotas
  • Ability to deliver high standards of customer service and engage with a diverse audience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety legislation, including Food Hygiene Level 2
