Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Day Culinary Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality food products in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
- Collaborate with our kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Participate in stock control procedures to ensure accurate inventory management and minimize waste.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
- Stay up-to-date with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Hold a Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification and maintain a strong understanding of food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as required.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong understanding of food safety regulations.
