Position Overview

Exciting Opportunity: A position has become available for a Teaching Assistant Level 3 at Hallmoor School, which is part of The Forward Education Trust.

About the Trust: Established in 2017, The Forward Education Trust is a rapidly expanding Multi Academy Trust that serves special educational institutions across the West Midlands.

School Environment: Hallmoor School is dedicated to addressing the diverse needs of its student body, which includes a variety of educational challenges, from moderate to severe and complex needs. Some students may also experience communication, physical, sensory, behavioral, or autistic difficulties, necessitating additional adult support and specialized intervention. The successful candidate will initially work within the Primary Phase.

Candidate Profile: The ideal applicant will possess experience in supporting students with physical learning and sensory challenges. They should be capable of collaborating effectively with teaching staff to plan and deliver high-quality educational experiences for our young learners.

Qualifications: All candidates must hold a qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants and be prepared to provide evidence of this qualification.
