About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our Bakkavor Meals London HR team, where you'll instil a people-focused culture, drive employee engagement, and build lasting relationships with colleagues and management. As an HR Business Partner, you'll be a confident business partner to our site leadership team, providing quality metrics, insight, professional advice, challenge, coaching, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through proactive and dynamic reactive approaches
  • Provide quality metrics, insight, and professional advice to site leadership
  • Build lasting relationships with colleagues and management
  • Instil a people-focused culture across the site
