Position OverviewClear IT Recruitment is seeking a skilled Property Lawyer or Conveyancing Specialist to join a dynamic team on a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload, overseeing all facets of the property transaction process from initial instructions through to final completion.

Your duties will include taking client instructions, maintaining precise file documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, and executing various tasks efficiently.

You will be responsible for drafting essential legal documents such as Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, as well as Land Registry and HMRC forms.

Conduct thorough Pre-completion, Land Registry, and Conveyancing searches in a timely and accurate manner.

It is crucial to ensure that all files are prepared for exchange and completion, confirming that all necessary documentation and funds are in order.

As a Property Lawyer, you will handle a mixed caseload that includes both Freehold and Leasehold properties.

Opportunities for training on more intricate matters such as shared ownership, unregistered properties, corporate representation, lease variations and extensions, and new developments may be available.

Flexible Working ArrangementRequired Skills and Experience:

Candidates with a Law Degree, LPC, or qualifications as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive (FCILEX) are preferred, though not mandatory.

You should have experience managing a conveyancing caseload and possess excellent communication skills, demonstrating effective time management, organizational abilities, and problem-solving capabilities. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. You should be self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with Case Management Systems (Proclaim is utilized) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is advantageous but not required.
