Evolve Wellbeing Psychology is a boutique and nature-themed mental health service provider located in a scenic area. We offer a range of psychological and therapeutic services for individuals, couples, and families, including assessments for Autism, ADHD, cognitive, and mental health issues.

About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position will:

  • Provide psychological services to clients, implementing assessment and intervention plans as needed.
  • Write psychological reports and correspondence to referrers.
  • Liaise with referrers and other stakeholders to achieve outcomes for clients.
  • Adhere to practice policies and AHPRA guidelines and codes of conduct.
  • Have the ability to function with a high degree of initiative and experience, under general limited direction, as a clinician.
  • Be proficient in the use of practice management software.
  • Be open to opportunities to build career pathways toward leadership, group work, and developing new skills.
  • Be proficient in, or willing to develop skills in, the conduct and delivery of psychological assessments.
About You

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Relevant academic qualifications and registration with AHPRA, or the ability to attain.
  • Medicare registration and private health fund registration (where applicable).
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance cover.
  • Strong values alignment.
  • Current industry knowledge and experience with private practice systems, Medicare, and referral pathways.
  • A willingness to broaden your therapeutic skillset and abilities.
  • A willingness to relocate to Australia.
  • A current Queensland Blue Card and Yellow Card, or the ability to attain.
  • A willingness to provide a National Police Check upon request.
  • An open, transparent, and direct communication style.
