Job Title: Configuration Consultant

As a key member of the Implementation Services team at Arcus Global, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through the deployment of our Arcus Apps, built on the Salesforce platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in configuring business applications to meet the unique needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective solutions, providing guidance on best practices and alternative approaches.
  • Develop and implement project documentation, including training plans, materials, and configuration templates, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Guide customers through the implementation process, providing excellent customer training and support to build their confidence in our team and the Arcus brand.
  • Work closely with internal project teams to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements and product enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our services.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of the UK public sector, including its structure and the roles and purposes of various organizations.
  • Experience with Build Environment (Planning, Building Control, Land Charges, Gazetteer, and GIS) or Public Protection/Regulatory Services.
  • Significant experience in configuring business applications, with a proven track record of delivering projects within budget and timescale.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and/or migration work.
  • Working knowledge of the Built Environment (Planning, Building Control, Land Charges, Gazetteer, and GIS).
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Services (Licensing, Environmental Protection, Food Safety, Trading Standards).
