Providing a service to thousands of people across the country is no small task, hence why our client is heavily invested in making Salesforce the central source of truth for the entire business.

About the Role

As the Salesforce Administrator you will be working on the declarative solutions within Salesforce, working alongside an internal Salesforce team to ensure the platform continues to improve and deliver for the company as they continue to grow. This role will be very hands-on with the daily configuration and automation within Salesforce, working on new projects and providing support to hundreds of users.

Key Responsibilities

The Salesforce Administrator will have, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Excellent hands-on Salesforce configuration skills
  • Experience successfully building and developing flows to create automation
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce clouds including Sales and Service Cloud
  • Able to take requirements from leadership teams and apply them to build Salesforce solutions
  • Educate and guide users on Salesforce and any future changes to drive user adoption
  • Great communication skills and an ability to translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
