Job Summary
Culina Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll and Shared Services team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will provide administrative support for the employee lifecycle process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with employment legislation and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the payroll inbox and respond to payroll queries in a timely manner.
- Assist in processing monthly and weekly payrolls, including calculation and accurate input of timesheets.
- Ensure accurate calculation and recording of absence and attendance records, contractual and statutory payments.
- Set up statutory and third-party deductions within the payroll system.
- Administer pension communications and prepare payslips for distribution.
- Generate and distribute payroll-related reports using payroll systems and Excel.
- Communicate overpayments and work with the finance team to recover monies.
- Collaborate with the HRSS team to provide a professional and efficient service to colleagues.
- Work with the Payroll Shared Services Manager to maintain the OVOTT and ensure contract alignment.
- Notify the Payroll Shared Services Manager of anomalies outside of company policy.
Requirements
- Experience working in a high-volume payroll environment.
- Knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, and experience with IT packages relevant to payroll systems.
- Flexibility, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality requirements.
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize and multitask.
