International Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Diversity and Inclusion Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the University of Northampton at international student recruitment events, developing and managing the overseas representatives' network, and collaborating with academic faculties and other departments within the University.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the University at international student recruitment events, exhibitions, and fairs
- Develop and manage the overseas representatives' network in a designated region
- Collaborate with academic faculties and other departments within the University on market intelligence, promotion, and development of courses
- Evaluate all activity and provide regular reports
- Experience of working in a similar role or in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and planning skills
