OVERVIEW
Get Staffed Online Recruitment is seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier candidates to meet our recruitment needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance the employer brand to draw in exceptional talent.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to actively connect with potential candidates.
- Conduct headhunting for specialized positions.
- Craft, publish, and refresh high-quality job advertisements.
- Explore and propose innovative recruitment strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Utilize various tools and methods to research, identify, and attract candidates.
- Efficiently manage and process incoming applications.
- Establish and nurture relationships with candidates.
- Evaluate, shortlist, and present qualified candidates for specific job openings.
- Facilitate the recruitment and selection process by collaborating with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain relationships with candidates, including those not actively seeking new opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a Recruitment Specialist is preferred.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate outreach.
- Background in a fast-paced recruitment environment is essential.
- Basic knowledge of employment law is required.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
