About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our International Recruitment team within the department of Global Engagement at the University of Northampton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and recruitment plans to achieve international student recruitment and income targets.
  • Manage and monitor the overseas representatives' network in a designated region.
  • Represent the University at international student recruitment events, exhibitions, and fairs.
  • Collaborate with academic Faculties and other departments within the University on market intelligence, promotion, and development of courses.
  • Monitor international student applications and work closely with the Admissions team.
  • Produce country-specific strategies and manage country budgets.
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar or related role, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential qualifications include a degree-level education or equivalent qualification or commensurate experience.
