Job Summary:
Aurora Samuel's Associates - R2R Specialists is seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive/Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates, creating client profiles, and maintaining an updated candidate database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Odro, and Salesforce to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Create client profiles and position descriptions to attract top talent.
- Maintain an updated and organized candidate database, ensuring all interactions and candidate information are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
- Support follow-up activities based on the calls and interactions made by the recruitment team throughout the day.
- Assist with managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress on ongoing recruitment projects.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar resourcing role within a recruitment agency or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for the Food or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Strong experience with resourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Odro, Salesforce, and job posting platforms.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality results.
