Job Overview

A leading business in the aerospace industry is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join their team in Hemel Hempstead.

As a key member of the office team, you will provide administrative support to the Senior Sales Director, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Sales Director, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Collate market data and quotes, and enter data into the company inventory system to identify trends and inform purchasing decisions.
  • Process sales and purchase orders, and coordinate shipping on behalf of the Sales Manager.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high energy level and a sense of urgency.
  • Team player with a good sense of humor and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
