About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Executive to join our team at Au Vodka. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key national pub chains across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with national pub chains.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the pub group channel.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the pub sector.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet targets.
  • Brand Visibility and Promotion:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities within the pub groups.
    • Ensure Au Vodka's brand is prominently displayed and aligns with company guidelines.
    • Organize and attend promotional events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
    • Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions and recommendations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
    • Coordinate with product development teams to provide feedback from customers and the market.
  • Training and Development:
    • Stay updated on industry developments and continuously enhance personal and team knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the beverage or FMCG industry.
    • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
    • Experience working with national pub chains or in a similar channel is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to travel as required.
