Au Vodka is seeking a dynamic and strategic National Account Executive to spearhead our growth within the Pub Group Channel across the UK.

As part of our dedicated sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with key national pub chains. Your role will encompass driving sales performance, ensuring brand visibility, and executing strategic initiatives to elevate our presence in the pub sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with national pub chains.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets.
  • Craft and implement tailored sales strategies specific to the pub group channel.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the pub sector.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities within pub groups.
  • Ensure brand visibility and alignment with company guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and continuously enhance personal and team knowledge.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management within the beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as required.
