Cybersecurity Business Development Executive

Pride Company is seeking a driven and results-oriented Cybersecurity Business Development Executive to focus on expanding our presence in the German market. This role will be instrumental in cultivating relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the cybersecurity sector.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our success by leveraging your expertise to build strong partnerships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:- Account Management (Tier 2 – 4 Accounts): Conduct effective, regular Customer Account Reviews to strengthen relationships with existing clients. Proactively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Business Development (Tier 2 – 4 Accounts): Convert qualified leads into paying customers within the Tier 2-4 account segment. Regularly engage with major spending customers, forecast sales accurately, and maintain a robust sales pipeline through our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Demand Generation: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns tailored to existing Tier 2-4 accounts. Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and translate them into customer-driven solutions.
- Event Success: Promote company events through appropriate channels, engage with key customers regarding specific events, and actively manage event-related pipelines.
- Collaboration: Respond to delegate feedback from Tier 2-4 customers, conduct calls with previous year delegates, and participate in company meetings, events, and trade shows as required.

- Demonstrated experience managing and growing accounts within the Tier 2-4 segment.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
