About the Role

Pride Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management
    • Conduct regular customer reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
    • Manage and maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Event Success
    • Plan and execute successful events to engage with customers and promote our products.
    • Develop and implement effective event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Delegate Calls/Meetings
    • Respond to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Attend meetings and events as required to represent Pride Company and build relationships with customers.
  • Other
    • Manage and deliver against agreed targets and KPIs.
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
