General Manager Opportunity

Bridgewater Resources UK is seeking a seasoned General Manager to spearhead the launch of a new branch in Swansea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of professionals, and fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall performance of the branch, including sales, marketing, logistics, and purchasing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to drive business growth
  • Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives, including sales growth and company performance
  • Represent the company at the forefront of business development and growth
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and management, preferably in the industrial sector
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Natural leadership qualities and ability to mentor and develop a team
  • Strong relationships with suppliers and customers
