About the Role: As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partner in delivering a proactive and responsive HR service. You will work closely with line managers to develop their leadership capabilities and ensure effective management of employee relations issues.

- Support the HR Business Partner in delivering a comprehensive and professional HR service.
- Coach line managers to develop their leadership capabilities.
- Manage a broad range of employee relations, performance, and employment issues.
- Lead on various HR improvement projects.
