About the Role

As a Corrections Officer, you'll work in a dynamic and supportive environment, using your communication, teamwork, and resilience skills to make a positive impact on people's lives.

You'll be responsible for operational matters such as prisoner headcounts, security, and administrative processes, as well as managing prisoners who are at risk of self-harm.

What You'll Need to Do
  1. Complete an online assessment and virtual competency-based interview
  2. Attend a 10-week Initial Training Course (ITC) at the Prison
  3. Complete a Diploma in Custodial Care, First Aid, and Control and Restraint training
