Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCTV Security Officer to join our team at ORDER OF MALTA WORLDWIDE RELIEF MAL. As a CCTV Security Officer, you will be responsible for implementing site security procedures and ensuring the security of our exterior positions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement site security procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  2. Monitor CCTV cameras to detect and prevent potential security threats.
  3. Assist and book in site visitors, ensuring they are authorized to access the site.
  4. Search vehicles and control vehicular and pedestrian movement on site.
  5. Report any faults or issues to management and take corrective action.
  6. Direct drivers and visitors around the site, ensuring they follow established protocols.
  7. Liaise with key personnel on site to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  2. Valid and in-date SIA license (Close Protection, Door Supervisor, Security Guarding).
  3. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  4. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Working Conditions

Security officers are required to work up to 12 hours per shift and must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the site security procedures, assignment instructions, and risk assessments.
