Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the security of the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the effective performance of security equipment and systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
  • Provide advice and assistance to staff and visitors as needed.
  • Search premises and people as instructed.
  • Provide access to cleaners and maintenance staff as instructed.
  • Issue and log keys, ensuring their security and safe return after use.
  • Operate and monitor installed security and safety systems.
  • Maintain a log of occurrences and produce incident reports.
  • Direct and assist visitors.
  • Lock and unlock offices as necessary.
  • Check firefighting equipment.
  • Comply with and operate site security instructions and policies.
  • Comply with and operate site emergency and Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in security.
  • SIA Licence (DS or SG).
  • CCTV Licence (preferred, not essential).
