This is a customer-facing role that requires a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work independently.

We are looking for someone with a sensitive and supportive approach to working with elderly and vulnerable individuals.

  1. Conducting assessments and identifying needs and risks
  2. Developing and implementing support plans
  3. Liaising with support services and facilitating social activities

About the role:

A full driving licence and access to a car are required for this role.
