Front of House Team Member

Giggling Squid is a family-run Thai restaurant group in the UK, known for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our team, who will be the face of our business and provide exceptional customer service.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting experience for our guests, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling any issues that may arise.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a close-knit team, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow with the company.
