## Job Title: Residential Casual Care Assistant

## Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Casual Care Assistant to join our team at Lancashire County Council. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to older adults in our residential care homes and day centers.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide person-centered care and support to older adults, promoting their independence and well-being
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
* Support individuals with dementia and other complex needs
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
