We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to become an integral part of our support team at Aspris Children's Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our young people and supporting them in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting young people in their daily routines, including morning and night time routines
  • Accompanying young people to take part in activities, such as walking, horse riding, trampolining, and Duke of Edinburgh
  • Assisting young people with their education and personal development
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to young people
