Residential Care Worker

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to become an integral part of our support team at Aspris Children's Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our young people and supporting them in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support young people in their daily routines, including morning and night time routines
- Accompany young people to activities, such as walking, horse riding, trampolining, and Duke of Edinburgh
- Help young people with school work and other tasks
- Provide emotional support and guidance to young people
- Exclusive access to a reward and discount scheme
- Comprehensive induction and ongoing training and career progression
- Pension scheme and paid for enhanced DBS
- Wellbeing support and flexible working
- Cycle to work scheme and more
At Aspris Children's Services, we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with Disclosure & Barring Service and at least 2 references which cover the last 3 years.
