Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting young people in their daily routines, including morning and night time routines
  • Assisting with educational and recreational activities, such as school support and extracurricular activities
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to young people
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people
