As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our young people, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting young people with their daily lives, including morning and night time routines
- Assisting with educational and recreational activities
- Providing emotional support and guidance to young people
- Working collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
