About the Role

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Buddy to join a dynamic mainstream Secondary School in Hulme. As a Behaviour Buddy, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and guidance to students, promoting wellbeing and inclusivity in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pastoral care and emotional support to students.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individual learning and behaviour plans.
  • Enhance learning for gifted and SEN students.
  • Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to students in need.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational practices.
  • Knowledge of child development and strategies to overcome learning challenges.
  • Ability to create effective strategies for at-risk students.
  • Previous experience in a Secondary School or similar educational setting.
