Job Title: Guest Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and In-Room Dining to ensure that room preferences are honored, resulting in a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience for our guests.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Conduct regular room inspections and liaise with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure that rooms are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Review daily business reports and VIP guest incidents to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.
  • Implement repeat guest programs and update guest profiles with pertinent information and comments.
  • Take ownership of servicing our Le Club Accor members and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Ensure that all Front Office Standards Operating Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
  • Collect and record guest preferences to ensure that their stay is tailored to their needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an asset.
  • Ability to speak additional languages such as English, Arabic, Russian, or German is an advantage.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
