We are seeking a strong commercial leader to join our team as a Bureau Team Leader in our Basildon office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building, developing, and retaining a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver outstanding client service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development & Marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Work closely with our senior leadership team to align our office's goals with the firm's overall strategy.
